Nearly 14,000 students are set to take the Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination (FY12CE), which commences tomorrow across 177 examination centers in Fiji. The Ministry of Education has announced the addition of three new exam centers: Ratu Simione Matanitobua in Suva, Nakorotubu Secondary School in Ra, and Muaira Methodist College in Lautoka Yasawa.

The examinations will take place from November 12 to November 22. Aseri Radrodro, the Minister for Education, extended heartfelt wishes to the students, emphasizing the necessity of communal support during this significant period.

Mr. Radrodro encouraged the students to view this examination as a pivotal moment, representing both their hard work and as a gateway to their aspirations. He urged them to rely on their preparation and to approach each paper with confidence, acknowledging the mixture of excitement and challenges they may experience.

The Minister also highlighted the crucial role of parents and communities in bolstering students’ morale. He advised students to prioritize their well-being by getting sufficient rest and maintaining a positive perspective as they navigate this important stage in their education.

This year’s FY12CE represents not just a test of knowledge, but also a key opportunity for personal growth and future success. It serves as a reminder that with the right support and mindset, students can overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

It’s encouraging to see the collaborative spirit between educators, families, and students, which can foster a supportive environment conducive to academic and personal achievements. With a focus on well-being and preparation, students have every reason to feel hopeful about their upcoming exams.
