The Miss Universe Fiji 2024 Gala Crowning Function took place on Friday, September 30, at The Pearl Resort & Spa in Pacific Harbour.
Manshika Prasad, a 24-year-old from Lakena Nausori, was crowned the winner. The co-runners-up were 23-year-old Susan Ranadi from Ekubu and 30-year-old Nadine Roberts.
This event marked Fiji’s return to the Miss Universe competition after a 43-year hiatus and included a red carpet, drinks before the event, a buffet dinner, performances by the Vou Dance Group and Bitz n Pieces Band, as well as three fashion parades.
Category awards were also given, with Susan Ranadi winning Best Catwalk and Nadine Roberts taking home the Best Evening Gown title and the Miss Social Media award.
The evening concluded with a fireworks display. Finalists also engaged in fashion shoots and exclusive dinners at The Pearl Resort prior to the gala.
Official partners for Miss Universe Fiji 2024 included LUX Projects Fiji, The Pearl Resort & Spa, along with various organizations in fashion, charity, and hospitality.
The winner will go on to represent Fiji at the Miss Universe International Final in Mexico City in mid-November.
