The Miss Universe Fiji 2024 Gala Crowning Event took place on Friday, September 30, at The Pearl Resort & Spa in Pacific Harbour.
Manshika Prasad, a 24-year-old from Lakena Nausori, was crowned the winner. The co-runners-up were 23-year-old Susan Ranadi from Ekubu and 30-year-old Nadine Roberts.
This event marked Fiji’s return to the Miss Universe pageant after 43 years and included a red carpet, pre-event drinks, a buffet dinner, performances by the Vou Dance Group and the Bitz n Pieces Band, as well as three fashion parades.
Various category awards were presented, with Susana Ranadi winning for Best Catwalk and Nadine Roberts being recognized for Best Evening Gown and Miss Social Media. The evening concluded with a spectacular fireworks display.
In addition to the gala, the finalists participated in fashion shoots and exclusive dinners at The Pearl Resort.
Official partners for the Miss Universe Fiji 2024 event included LUX Projects Fiji, The Pearl Resort & Spa, among others from the fashion, charity, and hospitality sectors.
The winner, Manshika Prasad, will represent Fiji at the Miss Universe International Final in Mexico City in mid-November.
