Fiji is gearing up to showcase its rapidly expanding outsourcing sector at LeadsCon 2025, a prominent performance marketing and lead generation event taking place from April 7-9 in Las Vegas. Outsource Fiji, along with its industry partners Packleader BPO and Duco Consultancy, aims to establish Fiji not only as a beautiful island nation but also as an attractive offshore destination with a robust English-speaking workforce and a favorable service culture influenced by years of tourism experience.

Morika Hunter, president of Outsource Fiji, emphasized the strategic opportunity presented by this event for Fijian businesses to connect with U.S. companies looking to diversify their operations beyond traditional offshoring markets. “Our participation at this event is essential for raising awareness about Fiji’s potential as a reliable and competitive outsourcing option,” said Hunter.

Chandan Ohri, co-founder and CEO of Duco Consultancy, echoed these sentiments by highlighting Fiji’s capacity to meet the growing demand for quality IT services in the U.S. tech industry. He noted that engaging with international clients at such events not only reinforces the strengths of Fiji’s outsourcing capabilities but also creates sustainable career opportunities for Fijians in the IT field.

Scott Hancox, co-founder of Packleader BPO, added that the event is an opportunity to demonstrate how Fiji can deliver performance at scale with 24-hour operations, leveraging its time zone advantage to serve U.S. clients effectively. This initiative will not only boost operational capacity but also generate more jobs for local communities, particularly in underrepresented night shifts.

The outlook for Fiji’s outsourcing sector is further supported by recent positive developments, including significant government funding aimed at promoting the industry’s growth and enhancing its global competitiveness. This ongoing support reflects a commitment to sustainable practices and workforce development within the sector.

Fiji’s participation in LeadsCon 2025 is not just about securing business; it represents a broader strategy to position the country as a leading outsourcing destination. This approach aims to create a win-win scenario where businesses benefit from high-quality services while empowering local talent and fostering economic growth.

Overall, there is a hopeful sentiment surrounding Fiji’s efforts to elevate its outsourcing industry, ensuring it remains a viable player on the global stage while fostering local job creation and economic resilience.
