InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa has been chosen as the venue for the upcoming AdventureNEXT Fiji conference, scheduled for November. This event, organized in partnership with Tourism Fiji and the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA), represents a crucial step in establishing Fiji as a top destination for adventure tourism.
Lachlan Walker, Portfolio General Manager of IHG Hotels & Resorts, expressed excitement about hosting the conference, highlighting ATTA’s commitment to sustainability and exceptional experiences, which align with the resort’s own values of providing incredible experiences and promoting responsible travel.

AdventureNEXT aims to elevate emerging destinations in the adventure travel sector, enabling local suppliers to connect with international buyers and media through a large marketplace for tour operators.
The two-day event will take place from November 20 to 22 and is projected to contribute over $1 million to Fiji’s tourism economy.
