The Vodafone Fiji Schoolboys rugby team has announced their 30-member squad ahead of two highly anticipated matches against the Australian Schoolboys this weekend.
In the front row, the team features props Jone Buadromo, Marika Koroi, Rupeni Nuinui, Raymond Navunikaba, and Ratu Osea Dasalusalu, bolstered by hookers Rafaele Dagaga and Waisake Vakacere.
The locks include Sosiceni Waqa, Savenaca Nabati, Saimone Vaisova, John Jikoibau, and Savenaca Qabale, who will enhance the team’s scrum strength.
The loose forwards will see action from flankers Isoa Koroinawai, Ratu Epeli Roseruvakula, Samuela Tuidraki, and Sireli Nete.
The halfback positions will be filled by Meli Waqairadovu, Isikeli Bari, and Ame Sagata, while Anare Tabakaucoro will take charge of the game as the first five-eighth. Joji Lutumailagi and Maleli Nauvasi will provide support as inside centres.
Emosi Nuku and Asaeli Gade are set to bring physicality to the centre roles, while wingers Ilaitia Rakuro, Nathan Stephens, and Duacake Vulainabuwaha are ready to shine on the flanks. The fullback positions will be manned by Charles Salakikoro, Josaia Ralulu, and Elima Tolatu.
