The Vodafone Fiji Schoolboys rugby team has announced its 30-member squad for two highly anticipated matches against the Australian Schoolboys this weekend.
Front row players Jone Buadromo, Marika Koroi, Rupeni Nuinui, Raymond Navunikaba, and Ratu Osea Dasalusalu are expected to make a significant contribution, supported by hookers Rafaele Dagaga and Waisake Vakacere.
The locks consist of Sosiceni Waqa, Savenaca Nabati, Saimone Vaisova, John Jikoibau, and Savenaca Qabale, who will enhance the scrum’s strength.
The loose forwards lineup includes flankers Isoa Koroinawai, Ratu Epeli Roseruvakula, Samuela Tuidraki, and Sireli Nete.
In the halfback positions are Meli Waqairadovu, Isikeli Bari, and Ame Sagata. Anare Tabakaucoro will lead the team from the first five-eighth position, supported by inside centres Joji Lutumailagi and Maleli Nauvasi.
Emosi Nuku and Asaeli Gade will bring physicality to the centre positions.
On the wings, Ilaitia Rakuro, Nathan Stephens, and Duacake Vulainabuwaha are prepared to make their mark, while the fullback roles will be held by Charles Salakikoro, Josaia Ralulu, and Elima Tolatu.
