The Vodafone Fiji Schoolboys rugby team has announced its 30-member squad that will compete against the Australian Schoolboys in two highly anticipated matches this weekend.
In the front row, props Jone Buadromo, Marika Koroi, Rupeni Nuinui, Raymond Navunikaba, and Ratu Osea Dasalusalu are expected to play a crucial role, supported by hookers Rafaele Dagaga and Waisake Vakacere.
The locks Sosiceni Waqa, Savenaca Nabati, Saimone Vaisova, John Jikoibau, and Savenaca Qabale are set to provide formidable strength to the scrum.
The loose forwards will feature flankers Isoa Koroinawai, Ratu Epeli Roseruvakula, Samuela Tuidraki, and Sireli Nete, showcasing a dynamic and agile lineup.
The halfback positions will be held by Meli Waqairadovu, Isikeli Bari, and Ame Sagata. Anare Tabakaucoro will take charge of directing play from the first five-eighth position, with Joji Lutumailagi and Maleli Nauvasi as solid inside centre options.
Emosi Nuku and Asaeli Gade will contribute to the physicality in the centre roles. The wingers Ilaitia Rakuro, Nathan Stephens, and Duacake Vulainabuwaha are ready to make an impact on the flanks, while the fullback slots will be filled by Charles Salakikoro, Josaia Ralulu, and Elima Tolatu.
