A group of prominent individuals is competing for positions on the new management board of the Fiji Rugby Union. These candidates were put forward by the Provincial Unions and went through a vetting process conducted by a nominations committee before being shortlisted.

Among those vying for these roles are Fijian Drua CEO Mark Evans, former Flying Fijians head coach Ilivasi Tabua, former World Rugby trainer Koli Sewabu, finance and investment specialist John Sanday, banker Tony Ram, media expert Stanley Simpson, prominent lawyer Isireli Fa, and the first captain of the Fijiana, Lajipa Naulivou.
