Fiji rugby supporters are celebrating a fantastic debut from Viliame Mata, who scored a try for the Bristol Bears in their impressive 48-24 victory against Harlequins in the Gallagher Premiership. Joining Mata on the score sheet was fellow Fijian centre Kalaveti Ravouvou, contributing to the Bears’ success.
In France’s Top 14, veteran player Levani Botia made his long-awaited season debut for La Rochelle, although the team faced a setback with a 23-14 defeat against Vannes.
