The Fiji Rugby Football Union (FRFU) is seeking a skilled and experienced head coach for the Fijiana 7s team following the departure of Saiasi Fuli. The FRFU aims for this crucial position to enhance women’s rugby in Fiji, offering guidance as the national women’s 7s squad prepares for major events, including the 7s World Cup and the Olympics.

The head coach’s duties will involve planning and selecting the national team in partnership with the Women’s High-Performance manager, developing a game strategy that leverages the talents of Fijian players, and overseeing player development and progress.

Additionally, the coach will be responsible for fostering relationships with clubs to aid player development and for assembling a strong coaching and support team.

Prospective candidates are required to submit a current resume along with three references by 4 PM on October 4.
