The Fiji Rugby Union has announced that Saiasi Fuli, the head coach of Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s, will conclude his contract in December. Following discussions with Fuli, the board of trustees has decided to open the search for a new coach to guide the women’s team into its next phase.
Interim Chairman of the FRU, Peter Mazey, stated that the new coach will be responsible for implementing a High Performance Strategy and preparing the team for the upcoming HSBC 7s series.
