The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) Board has announced the appointment of Apisai Ketenilagi as its new chief executive officer, effective January 2, 2025. Mr. Ketenilagi will serve in this crucial role for a three-year term.
Atunaisa Nayago, Chairman of the FRA Board, expressed confidence in Mr. Ketenilagi’s extensive experience and expertise. He emphasized that the Board believes Mr. Ketenilagi will enhance the authority’s performance and uphold their commitment to ensuring safe and sustainable infrastructure for the people of Fiji. Mr. Ketenilagi brings substantial qualifications to the position, including a Master of Science in Highway Management and Engineering, an International Masters in Public Administration, a Bachelor of Engineering, and a Diploma in Civil Engineering. His professional credentials are further complemented by his membership in various distinguished engineering institutes across Australia, the UK, the USA, Asia, and Australasia.
