Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has declared that the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) will dispatch a team to Vanuatu to support recovery efforts in the aftermath of a devastating 7.3-magnitude earthquake that struck the nation on Tuesday.
