The Maritime Safety Authority of Fiji (MSAF) has initiated an investigation following a tragic incident involving the Interlink passenger vessel, MV Ohana, at Suva wharf earlier this week. The authority confirmed that a person lost their life as a result of this incident, prompting MSAF to express its heartfelt condolences to the family and friends affected by this loss.
