Round 16 of the Digicel Fiji Premier League will take a two-week break before resuming on September 14. Lautoka and Rewa, two teams largely composed of players from the national Bula Boys camp preparing for the 2024 Tri-Nations series, were among four teams that did not play last weekend, alongside Nadroga and Ba. The league is set to continue soon, with all teams aiming to gain momentum as the season progresses.
