Round 16 of the Digicel Fiji Premier League will take a two-week break before restarting on September 14. Lautoka and Rewa, which feature a majority of players from the national Bula Boys team preparing for the 2024 Tri-Nations series, were among four teams that did not play over the weekend, alongside Nadroga and Ba. The league is set to resume soon, with all teams aiming to gain momentum as the season progresses next week.
