Fiji Premier League Shake-Up: Nadi and Suva Rise in Standings!

Nadi and Suva have made notable advancements in the Digicel Fiji Premier League standings after the results of Round 13 matches held yesterday.

Nadi, known as the Jetsetters, has secured the fourth position with 21 points after a narrow 1-0 victory over Nadroga at Lawaqa Park. Meanwhile, Flick Hygiene Suva has risen to eighth place with 12 points following a dominant 5-0 win against Tailevu Naitasiri.

While the top three teams have not changed, both Rewa and Lautoka have boosted their points, whereas Labasa has dropped points. Extra Supermarket Rewa now leads the standings with 30 points, maintaining a three-point gap, while Extra Supermarket Labasa sits in second place with 27 points after suffering a 4-2 loss to Lautoka. The Flick Hygiene sponsored Lautoka team is currently in third place with 22 points.

Rooster Chicken Ba has fallen to fifth place with 19 points following a 2-2 draw against Flow Engineering Navua FC, which is just one point behind at 18 points.

Nadroga remains in seventh position with 14 points despite their recent defeat against Nadi. Nasinu has slipped to ninth place after losing to Rewa, and Tailevu Naitasiri is at the bottom of the table with 8 points.
