The Fiji Police Force has reported that family members of a man who tragically lost his life in a recent accident in Navua have assisted in identifying the victim. According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Mitieli Divuana, the deceased has been confirmed as a 27-year-old resident of Lautoka.
The identification process was expedited after the victim’s uncle came forward upon seeing a public appeal for information. SSP Divuana expressed gratitude to the community for their support in sharing the appeal, which is now no longer necessary.
