Fiji Pearls Announce Exciting Squad for Upcoming PacificAus Netball Series!

Interim head coach Jioweli Vakamoce has announced the Fiji Pearls’ extended squad for the PacificAus Sports Netball Series, scheduled from February 17 to 22 at Brisbane’s Nissan Arena. This selection demonstrates Fiji’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its presence in international netball.

Included in the squad are several experienced overseas-based players, such as veteran defender Adi Vakaoca Bolakoro, alongside Kelera Nawai-Caucau and Solei Toganivalu. The lineup also emphasizes local talent, featuring 18-year-old Alisi Neisulu, a former student of Adi Cakobau School, as well as top shooters Unaisi Rauluni and Maliana Rusivakula.

The squad is divided into three categories:
– **Shooters:** Nina Nakula, Jimaima Kete, Cilia Lewatu, Maliana Rusivakula, Unaisi Rauluni, Solei Toganivalu.
– **Mid-court:** Anaseini Nauqe, Susana Rasaubale, Joanne Vulaca, Yvonne Nalewabau, Ana Moi, Nicole Kamotu, Alisi Neisulu.
– **Defenders:** Elenoa Gukirewa, Kalesi Tawake, Lowata Natoga, Alisi Naqiri, Shaid Sasalu, Adi Vakaoca Bolakoro, and Kelera Nawai-Caucau.
