Preparations are in full swing for Team Fiji Men’s Rugby 7s as they get ready for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Coach Osea Kolinisau has emphasized that while on-field training is crucial, the team is also focusing on their mental and spiritual readiness.
Coach Kolinisau noted that the team continues to strengthen their bond and work diligently during their training sessions. The squad for the first match against Uruguay will be announced once they relocate to the Games village next week.
Fiji is set to play against Uruguay on Thursday, July 25 at 3am. Later, they will face the United States of America at 6.30am before competing against the host nation, France, at 1.30am on Friday, July 26.
All matches will be broadcast live and free on Fiji One.
