A Fiji Link flight encountered a flat tyre after landing at Vunisea Airstrip in Kadavu on April 8, according to a confirmation from Fiji Airways. The aircraft, identified as DQ-FJQ, experienced the issue approximately 100 meters from the end of the runway.

Fiji Airways reported that there were two passengers and two crew members on board at the time of the incident. Thankfully, there were no injuries or significant damage sustained by the aircraft. The airline has indicated that its team is working on a recovery plan to address the situation.
