The South Pacific Senior Official Government Meeting has officially begun, led by the Fiji Government under the chairmanship of Permanent Secretary for Youth and Sports, Meli Nacuva.
Attendees include Chief Executive Officers from across the South Pacific, Permanent Secretaries, the Chairperson of the Pacific Youth Council, senior officials, government representatives, and youth representatives.
The meeting is co-chaired by Mahoney Mori, Chair of the Pacific Youth Council. It aims to tackle significant issues and challenges faced by the youth in the Pacific region while fostering collaboration and cooperation among the South Pacific nations.
This three-day meeting is set to wrap up on Thursday, August 15.
