Suva attorney Barbara Malimali has been arrested by the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) and is currently being interrogated. Reports suggest that her questioning pertains to alleged abuse of office. A press conference originally scheduled by FICAC for 11:30 am has been postponed to a later time. Attorney-General Graham Leung has indicated that a press briefing is now planned for 1:30 pm today. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
