The training camp is the first of five planned throughout the year, each focusing on enhancing player skills, fostering teamwork, and developing strategic approaches to upcoming competitions. During this session, workouts will concentrate on tactical development, physical conditioning, and teamwork.

An exciting element of the camp includes a friendly match against the Maori Women’s National Team scheduled for February 6, allowing the squad to gain valuable match experience early in the season.
