Hold onto your hats, because a HEAVY RAIN ALERT is sweeping across the entire Fiji Group! If you thought you could dodge the rain, think again! The clouds have gathered, and they’re ready to party all week long.
Here’s the lowdown: A mischievous trough of low pressure is hanging around, bringing its friends – clouds and rain – to join in the fun. So get ready for some occasional rain and the delightful accompaniment of a few thunderstorms. Remember, those persistent heavy falls might just turn a walk outside into an unexpected swim through low-lying areas.
Moderate northeast winds will be blowing, freshening up your hairdo if you’re brave enough to step outside. And seas? Well, they’re moderate to rough – so maybe leave the swimming for another day (unless you like a bit of excitement).
Looking ahead to Tuesday: It seems like the rain and thunderstorms can’t seem to get enough, making sure everyone has their fair share throughout the group. Those heavy falls? Yep, they’re still eager to flood low-lying areas. North to northwest winds will keep waving hello, while seas will continue to be a bit spirited.
