The Fiji Water Flying Fijians have secured their place in the Asahi Super Dry Pacific Nations Cup final by defeating the USA Eagles 22-3 in a competitive semi-final match last night.

Elia Canakaivata, playing as No.8, was the star of the game, scoring two tries, while halfback Frank Lomani added another try to the tally. Caleb Muntz also played a crucial role by successfully converting two penalties, which helped ensure Fiji’s victory.

The USA Eagles showcased strong defensive skills, keeping the Fijians under pressure for much of the game. However, they could only score three points, courtesy of a penalty converted by flyhalf Chris Matina in the first half.
