The Fiji Water Flying Fijians have secured their spot in the Asahi Super Dry Pacific Nations Cup final by defeating the USA Eagles 22-3 in a challenging semi-final match.

Elia Canakaivata, playing at No. 8, was the standout player, scoring two tries, while halfback Frank Lomani added another try to the tally. Caleb Muntz played a crucial role by converting two penalties, ensuring Fiji’s advancement to the final.

The USA Eagles exhibited a commendable defensive performance, applying pressure on the Fijian squad for significant portions of the game. However, their scoring was limited to a single penalty converted by flyhalf Chris Matina during the first half.
