The Fiji Water Flying Fijians have secured their place in the final of the Asahi Super Dry Pacific Nations Cup after a 22-3 victory over the USA Eagles in a competitive semi-final match last night.

Elia Canakaivata, playing at No.8, was the star of the match, scoring two tries, while halfback Frank Lomani contributed an additional try. Caleb Muntz played a vital role as well, successfully converting two penalties to help cement Fiji’s victory.

Despite their commendable defensive efforts, the USA Eagles could only score through a penalty converted by flyhalf Chris Matina in the first half.
