The Fiji Water Flying Fijians have secured their spot in the Asahi Super Dry Pacific Nations Cup final after a hard-fought semi-final victory over the USA Eagles, winning 22-3 last night.

Elia Canakaivata, playing at No.8, was the standout player, scoring two tries, while halfback Frank Lomani added another. Caleb Muntz helped by converting two penalties, ensuring Fiji’s place in the final.

The USA Eagles demonstrated a strong defensive performance, applying pressure on the Fijian team throughout the match. However, they could only manage three points, which came from a penalty conversion by flyhalf Chris Matina in the first half.
