As preparations for the BiC Fiji FACT 2025 heat up, the Fiji Football Association is working diligently to ensure a successful event. Anushil Kumar, the General Manager of Operations at Fiji FA, shared insights into the ongoing efforts, highlighting that logistics are being efficiently arranged ahead of the tournament, slated to commence on May 30.

Kumar noted that preparations are advancing rapidly, with the grounds being readied by the Fiji Sports Council to host this year’s competition effectively. The tournament features eight teams, all vying for glory, with the fixtures promising to deliver exciting matchups, especially after an exhilarating Extra Premier League season.

The teams competing in the Fiji FACT include Ba, Lautoka, Navua, and Rewa in Group A, while Group B consists of Labasa, Nadi, Nadroga, and Suva. These teams secured their spots following impressive performances in the EPL, with Lautoka and Rewa recently showcasing their abilities through notable victories, including Lautoka’s 4-2 win over Suva and Rewa’s staggering 8-0 triumph over Nasinu.

With the tournament kicking off at the HFC Bank Stadium at 12:30 PM on May 30, fans can expect an atmosphere brimming with excitement and competition. The stakes are high, as local teams will demonstrate their skills in a bid to capture the title and earn the prize money that the tournament offers.
