The Fiji Football Association (Fiji FA) has announced that it has secured a new sponsor for the upcoming Fiji FACT 2025 tournament, following the departure of Digicel earlier this year. Fiji FA President Rajesh Patel shared this exciting update during a Council Meeting held in Suva.

Patel noted that the exit of Digicel has opened up avenues for fresh partnerships with corporate sponsors looking to support Fiji football. While the specifics about the new sponsor for the Fiji FACT are still under wraps, Patel mentioned that they have established a deal with a significant company. An official announcement will be forthcoming, pending the return of the company’s directors from their overseas trip.

In addition, negotiations are actively ongoing for a new sponsorship deal for the Premier League, with hopes of finalizing arrangements soon. Patel is optimistic about these developments, highlighting the growing interest in supporting Fiji’s football scene.

This news marks a positive turning point for Fiji FA as it seeks to strengthen its financial backing and enhance the competitive landscape of football in the region. The forthcoming sponsorships are expected to bring renewed momentum and resources to local football, fostering growth and opportunities for players and fans alike.
