Fiji Education Gets a Boost as eHub Donates School Furniture to FENC

EHUB International has made a generous donation of over $3,000 worth of school furniture to the Foundation for the Education of Needy Children (FENC) in Fiji. This valuable contribution aims to further FENC’s mission of establishing community-based learning centers for students ranging from Year 1 to Year 13 across the nation.

Nirmala Nambiar, the national executive coordinator for FENC, expressed that the donation will bolster the organization’s ongoing efforts to create safe and supportive learning environments. These centers are intended to engage children in after-school educational activities, helping them to focus on their studies and personal development while steering clear of negative influences in their communities.

Remi Naqali, a marketing officer with eHub International, articulated the company’s belief in education as a fundamental pillar for a thriving society. She highlighted that the organization’s philosophy of “creating value” extends beyond their clients to encompass the wider community, showcasing a commitment to empowering young minds through educational access and positive learning spaces.

The partnership between eHub International and FENC illustrates the significant impact of collaboration between the private sector and community organizations. By joining forces, they aim to ensure that every child in Fiji has the opportunity to learn and grow, paving the way for a brighter future.

This donation signifies the commencement of eHub International’s broader outreach programs, reaffirming their dedication to creating meaningful social impacts and enhancing the well-being of Fiji’s younger generation. As the organization takes steps to expand its community involvement, it embodies a hopeful commitment to cultivating a better society through education.

Furthermore, this initiative aligns with FENC’s ongoing efforts over the years to provide essential resources and support to thousands of children across Fiji. Recent reports indicate that FENC has reached over 39,000 beneficiaries since its establishment, reflecting its unwavering commitment to uplifting educational opportunities for underprivileged children. The collaborative spirit showcased by both eHub International and FENC serves as an inspiring reminder of the importance of community involvement in fostering positive change.
