The Miss Universe Fiji 2024 Gala Crowning Function took place on Friday, September 30, at The Pearl Resort & Spa in Pacific Harbour. The crown was awarded to 24-year-old Manshika Prasad from Lakena Nausori.
Co-runners-up were 23-year-old Susan Ranadi from Ekubu and 30-year-old Nadine Roberts. This event marked Fiji’s revival in the Miss Universe competition after a 43-year hiatus, featuring a red carpet, pre-event drinks, a buffet dinner, performances by the Vou Dance Group and Bitz n Pieces Band, along with three fashion parades.
During the event, several category awards were given out, with highlights including Susan Ranadi winning Best Catwalk and Nadine Roberts recognized for Best Evening Gown and Miss Social Media. The celebration concluded with a fireworks display.
Finalists also engaged in fashion shoots and attended exclusive dinners at The Pearl Resort prior to the crowning.
The official partners for Miss Universe Fiji 2024 included LUX Projects Fiji, The Pearl Resort & Spa, along with various fashion, charity, and hospitality partners. The new titleholder will represent Fiji at the Miss Universe International Final in Mexico City in mid-November.
