Sanjiv Dubey, the under-19 cricket coach for Fiji, has been appointed as the new Talent Manager for Cricket Fiji. In this enhanced role, he will oversee talent identification initiatives, focusing on scouting and recruiting outstanding Fijian cricketers residing in Australia and New Zealand. This move comes after Fiji’s impressive performance in the ICC Men’s T20WC Sub-Regional EAP Qualifier A, where the team secured victories against the Cook Islands and Vanuatu. Cricket Fiji aims to leverage the skills of Fijian players living abroad.
