Sanjiv Dubey, the under-19 cricket coach for Fiji, has been appointed as the new Talent Manager for Cricket Fiji. In this enhanced role, Dubey will focus on identifying talent, specifically aiming to scout and recruit top Fijian cricketers residing in Australia and New Zealand. This initiative comes after Fiji’s impressive performance at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Sub-Regional EAP Qualifier A, where they recorded victories against the Cook Islands and Vanuatu. Cricket Fiji is keen to leverage the skills of Fijian players living abroad.
