Seven international teams have confirmed their participation in the upcoming McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s, set to take place in Sigatoka next month. This exciting event will feature prominent teams such as the national squads from New Zealand and Samoa.
In addition to these powerhouses, the tournament will also showcase development teams from Australia and New Zealand, alongside the Seattle Barbarians and Bula Bay 7s from the United States. Adding to the allure, the star-studded Mike Friday Selection team will also be in attendance.
Local talent will shine as well, with the defending champions, the Fiji 7s team, alongside other local teams such as the Fijian Drua 7s, BLK Lavidi Brothers, Tuva Rugby, Devo Babas, Ratu Filise, Colo West Highlanders, Taikita Brothers, and Brothers Club.
The tournament is scheduled to unfold at Lawaqa Park from January 16 to 18, promising a thrilling display of rugby talent.
