Seven international teams are set to participate in the upcoming McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s tournament in Sigatoka next month. The event will feature prominent national teams from New Zealand and Samoa as its main attractions.
Additional participants include development teams from Australia and New Zealand, as well as the Seattle Barbarians and Bula Bay 7s from the United States. The tournament will also showcase the highly anticipated Mike Friday Selection side, known for its exceptional talent.
On the local front, the tournament will see the defending champions, the Fiji 7s team, along with other notable teams such as Fijian Drua 7s, BLK Lavidi Brothers, Tuva Rugby, Devo Babas, Ratu Filise, Colo West Highlanders, Taikita Brothers, and Brothers Club competing for the title.
This exciting tournament is scheduled to take place at Lawaqa Park from January 16 to 18, promising thrilling matches and a vibrant atmosphere for rugby fans.
