The manager of the Digicel Fiji Bula Boys, Kartik Reddy, expressed strong confidence as the team prepares for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Reddy stated, “We aim to claim the 1.5 spots available to OFC for qualification to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.”
The team is set to commence their training camp on September 29 at the Fiji FA Academy in Ba, with the final roster of 23 players to be announced on October 5.
Unfortunately, key players Remeuru Takiata and Muni Shivam Naidu will not be participating due to work obligations. Nonetheless, Reddy noted that team captain Roy Krishna, who is currently engaged with his club, is expected to join the squad on October 5, providing a significant boost as they head into the qualifiers.
