Digicel Fiji Bula Boys team manager Kartik Reddy has voiced optimism about the team’s preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. He stated, “Our goal is to secure one of the 1.5 spots available to the OFC for qualification to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.”
The team is set to kick off their training camp on September 29 at the Fiji FA Academy in Ba, with the final selection of 23 players to be announced on October 5.
Unfortunately, key players Remeuru Takiata and Muni Shivam Naidu will miss the camp due to work obligations. On a positive note, Reddy confirmed that team captain Roy Krishna, who is currently engaged with his club, will rejoin the squad on October 5, providing a significant boost as the qualifiers approach.
