Kartik Reddy, the team manager for the Digicel Fiji Bula Boys, expressed his confidence in the team as they prepare for the qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Reddy stated, “Our goal is to secure one of the 1.5 spots available to OFC for qualification to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.”
The team is set to commence their training camp on September 29 at the Fiji FA Academy in Ba, with the final roster of 23 players to be announced on October 5. Unfortunately, they will be missing key players Remeuru Takiata and Muni Shivam Naidu due to work obligations. However, Reddy confirmed that team captain Roy Krishna, who is currently tied to his club, will rejoin the squad on October 5, providing a significant boost as they approach the qualifiers.
