The manager of the Digicel Fiji Bula Boys, Kartik Reddy, has expressed optimism for the team as they prepare for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Reddy stated, “Our target is to secure 1.5 spots available to OFC for the World Cup qualification.”
The team is set to commence their training camp on September 29 at the Fiji FA Academy in Ba, with the final roster of 23 players to be announced on October 5.
Unfortunately, important players Remeuru Takiata and Muni Shivam Naidu will not be able to participate due to work obligations. However, Reddy confirmed that team captain Roy Krishna, who is currently busy with club commitments, is expected to join the squad on October 5, providing a significant boost as they head into the qualifiers.
