The 22-member squad for the Digicel Fiji Bula Boys, participating in the 2024 FIFA International “A” Friendlies Tri-Nations Series against Hong Kong-China and the Solomon Islands next month, will be finalized this week.
Team manager Kartik Reddy noted that there are currently 26 players in training following the arrival of New Zealand-based Rewa utility Samuela Kautoga. Reddy stated, “Four players will be excluded from the squad, a decision to be made by the coach this week.”
Once the squad announcement is made, the team will relocate to Suva for additional preparations.
Fiji will face the Solomon Islands on Monday, September 2, at 7 PM at HFC Bank Stadium in Suva. The Solomon Islands will then play against Hong Kong-China on Thursday, September 5, at 7 PM at the same venue. Fiji’s final match is scheduled against Hong Kong-China on Sunday, September 8, at 3 PM at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
Tickets are priced at $10 for adults and $5 for children under 10.
