The 49th Fiji Bitter Marist 7s has seen some thrilling and closely contested matches in the under-18-21 category this morning, held at Laucala Bay in Suva. Despite overcast weather, teams demonstrated remarkable competitiveness, skill, and a strong desire to win.
Notably, Dominion Brothers faced a setback in their opening match, losing by default due to late arrival. Other teams, such as Cautata Eagles, began strong, defeating Marist with a score of 14-0. In an equally gripping encounter, Nakavu and Sydney Bula played to a 5-5 draw. The DHL Raiwaqa team managed a solid 10-0 win over Saint Michael Navesibasaga, while Ravoravo narrowly edged out Navakawau Rugby 7-5.
