The Fiji Airways men’s 7s team, the reigning champions, will face off against New Zealand in the upcoming McDonald’s Coral Coast 7s tournament in Sigatoka. The event is set to take place from January 16 to 18 at Lawaqa Park.
Coach Osea Kolinisau’s squad has been placed in Pool A, alongside formidable opponents New Zealand, Tuva Rugby, and Brothers Club. Meanwhile, the All Blacks 7s, led by coach Tomasi Cama, are competing in Pool B with Fijian Drua 7s, Seattle Barbarians, and Colo West. Pool C features BLK Lavidi, Samoa 7s, Bula Bay 7s, and Ratu Filise, while Pool D includes Aussie Select 7s, McDonald’s Mike Friday Select 7s, Devo Babas, and Taikita Brothers.
