Fiji Airways has introduced full-flight wireless internet access, enhancing the travel experience for its passengers. This change, effective from November 1, eliminates the previous 15-minute limit for in-flight WiFi services and is offered free of charge to Economy Class travelers.
According to the airline, the WiFi service is now available on its modern Airbus A350 and Boeing 737MAX fleets, allowing passengers to stay connected with family and friends using their preferred messaging applications at no extra cost. Business Class passengers, who previously enjoyed full-browsing WiFi, now have updated plans that include more affordable options starting at US$7.95 (approximately FJ$17.96).
This development follows Fiji Airways’ recognition as a Five Star Major Airline at the Airline Passenger Experience Association’s official ratings, a distinction it has held for three consecutive years.
