Fiji Airways has introduced full-flight WiFi across its fleet, starting November 1. This service replaces the previous 15-minute restriction and is offered free of charge to Economy Class passengers. With WiFi now available throughout the flight, passengers can easily stay in touch with family and friends using popular messaging apps.
This upgrade is being implemented on the airline’s modern Airbus A350 and Boeing 737MAX aircraft. Meanwhile, Business Class travelers will continue to enjoy full browsing capabilities, with new value-oriented WiFi plans available, beginning at US$7.95 (FJ$17.96).
This initiative follows Fiji Airways’ recognition as a five-star airline by the Airline Passenger Experience Association for three consecutive years. The airline emphasizes its commitment to outstanding service, stating, “We remain focused on providing outstanding connectivity and an unparalleled travel experience that reflects the warmth of Fijian hospitality.”
Fiji Airways is proud to enhance the travel experience for its passengers, making it easier for them to stay connected during their journey across the South Pacific.
In summary, Fiji Airways’ latest move to provide full in-flight WiFi at no cost to Economy Class passengers demonstrates its commitment to service excellence and reflects its position as a leader in the region’s aviation sector. This advancement not only enhances passenger convenience but also highlights the airline’s dedication to maintaining high standards of connectivity and hospitality in air travel.
