Fiji Airways Takes Flight as Official Partner of LA Clippers!

Fiji Airways has been appointed as the Official Airline Partner of the LA Clippers for the 2024-25 NBA season, enhancing the national airline’s ties with Los Angeles. The airline provides the only daily non-stop flight between Fiji and Los Angeles, ensuring passengers enjoy convenient travel along with award-winning service.

This collaboration is set to increase Fiji Airways’ visibility in the Los Angeles area through notable branding during Clippers games, exclusive promotions, and participation in Clippers youth camps and clinics. Fiji Airways’ Chief Executive and Managing Director, Andre Viljoen, expressed excitement about supporting the Clippers and their fans, highlighting the long-standing direct service from Los Angeles to Fiji while marking this as their first sponsorship with an NBA team.

As part of this three-year agreement, Fiji Airways will have prominent branding displayed at the new Intuit Dome during all home games, promoting the enchanting appeal of Fiji’s islands. Viljoen noted that the partnership provides a valuable opportunity to showcase Fiji to a large audience, potentially boosting tourism to the nation.

Clippers fans will enjoy special travel offers, promotions, and engaging on-court contests throughout the season, with opportunities to win exclusive prizes like free flights to Fiji, travel packages, and VIP experiences at games. Fiji Airways operates daily nonstop services between Nadi, Fiji, and Los Angeles using the advanced Airbus A350-900 XWB, which offers comfortable seating in economy class and 33 lie-flat seats in business class.
