Fiji Airways is one of just 40 airlines globally to achieve this prestigious APEX Five Star status. The APEX Five Star and Four Star Airline Awards are unique, as they rely solely on impartial, third-party passenger feedback gathered through APEX’s collaboration with TripIt® from Concur®, which is known as the world’s leading travel-organizing application.
For the 2025 awards, over one million passenger-verified flights were rated across more than 600 airlines around the world, employing a five-star rating scale. The criteria for APEX Five Star status were heightened this year, with only the top 40 airlines being recognized, comprising less than 7% of all rated airlines. The next tier, the APEX Four Star category, recognizes an additional 50 airlines, indicating that only 8% of the aviation industry meets these high standards. Collectively, these accolades represent the top 100 airlines globally with regard to passenger experience.
