Fiji Airways has celebrated its third consecutive achievement as a Five Star Major Airline at the esteemed APEX Official Airline Ratings for 2025. Only 40 airlines worldwide have attained the APEX Five Star status, which is determined solely based on impartial passenger feedback collected in partnership with TripIt® from Concur®. For the 2025 awards, over one million passenger-verified flights were rated across more than 600 airlines on a five-star scale, with independent certification from an external auditing firm.
The recent criteria for receiving the APEX Five Star designation have been notably elevated, allowing only the top 40 airlines to achieve this recognition, which accounts for less than 7% of those rated. The APEX Four Star category includes an additional 50 airlines, indicating that only 8% of airlines across the globe meet the demanding standards of these awards.
